KB Pizza's Par-Baked crusts are handmade and produced in a variety of sizes and weights. Our
lengthy aging process ensures that our products have a consistent taste and texture. The
topside of the crust is smooth to limit the absorption of your sauce when you top them. The
bottom rough side will absorb oil and turn crispy during baking.
KB Pizza par-baked crusts are shipped ready to use. However, to preserve the quality in the
crusts, they must be fully thawed before baking. This product requires minimal skilled training
and is adaptable to various storage environments ranging from freezer to refrigerated to
room temperature.

Handling/Baking Instructions
For best results thaw product in its original plastic bag at room temperature
for 3-4 hours, or refrigerate overnight. Be sure to keep unused crusts completely
wrapped in plastic to prevent them from drying out.
Preheat over to your specifications.
Product will maintain taste and texture on either pizza screen or pan.
