Sheeted Dough

Our sheeted pizza dough is made from our original recipe that has been the basis of our par-baked products for 55 years. To preserve the yeast this product is sheeted and frozen before the yeast begins to activate. This process ensures to our customers pizza dough that is filled with yeast, and flavor that will raise to a golden brown crust.

Sheeted dough offers a quality and consistent product without the expense of purchasing dough mixing, sheeting equipment, or proofing.

To ensure the best baking results, store the frozen product in 0°F and rotate the inventory accurately. You can thaw the dough at room temperature to activate the yeast faster, but you must bake the product the same day. If you thaw the product under refrigeration, you can hold the unbaked dough for 2 to 4 days. It is not recommended to refreeze this product.

Frozen sheeted crust makes a great product for calzones, strombolis, and bread sticks.
