Topped Pizza

 
 

Although we produce a number of prepared pizzas for our customers, we only have two that your suppliers have as a stocked item. They are the 7" and 12" pan pizzas. These are prepared with our self-rising dough, placed in a pan and topped with high-grade pizza toppings.

This product is perfect for anyone. The pan enables you to bake this product in any type of oven and the self-rising dough gives you the versatility of baking from the frozen or thawed state. If you wish to have a thick pizza, you can proof it to the desired thickness. Also, you can customize your pizza with your favorite topping.

  • Frozen (4 months)
  • Refrigerated (5 days only)
  • Room Temperature (4 hours maximum, for thawing and proofing)

Handling/Baking Instructions
  • Store the product in the freezer or refrigerator.
  • We recommend thawing the pizza before baking.
  • If baking it from the frozen state, then you will need to lower the temperature of the oven.
  • Bake until golden brown.
  • If the crown seems to be browning a lot faster than the center, then you will need to reduce the oven temperature.
