Self-Rising Dough |
K.B.Pizza "Self-Rising" is raw sheeted dough that is formed into various sizes. It
was developed to be used right out of the freezer.
The self-rising crusts are ideal for customers who prefer the flavor and texture of
fresh dough, but do not have the time or help needed to produce them. This product will save you
valuable workspace and prep time needed for the fresh dough pizza programs.
If you wish to have a thick crust pizza you will need to thaw the pizza dough before you bake
it. Once thawed, you can store this product in the refrigerator for 3 days. |

| Handling/Baking Instructions |
- Keep frozen until it is ready to use.
- Place frozen dough on seasoned pizza screen or pan.
- If pan is used, allow 2-4 minutes extra baking time. Oven
temperature may need to be lower.
- If thicker crust is desired, thaw overnight in refrigerator.
- Dough may be thawed at room temperature. Be sure to
keep dough protected with oil or deli paper.
- Apply sauce and toppings to dough.
- Bake until golden brown.
