Our Stuffed Crust pizza crusts are a hand made product with a cheese filling
throughout the crown of the pizza shell. This product is made from our original
recipe and the lengthy aging process ensures a product that
has consistent taste and texture.
These crusts are par-baked with 100% real mozzarella cheese hand-rolled
into each crown to give a homemade appearance.
We recommend freezing the product for shipping and storage. Stage the product
in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
Our product is very popular in school lunch programs. The USDA inspects the
production of our Stuffed Crust and certifies it with a Child Nutrition label. |

| Handling/Baking Instructions |
- Fully thaw product before baking to maintain the moisture in the crust and cheese.
- Preheat oven to desired temperature.
- Brush the crust and bottom of the pizza with olive oil and place it in a pan or on a screen.
- Add your favorite toppings and bake pizza until the crown is golden brown.
- Using a pan will give you a softer pizza; using a screen will give you crispier pizza.
